Resistor

 प्रतिरोधक (Resistor) एक इलेक्ट्रोनिक संघटक हो जसले विद्युत वर्तमानको नियन्त्रण गर्न प्रयोग गरिन्छ। यो उपकरण विभिन्न प्रकारका धातुहरूबाट बनाइएको हुन सक्छ। प्रतिरोधक विद्युत वर्तमानको नियन्त्रण गर्न उपयोग हुन्छ, जसको मान अम्पियोंमा निर्दिष्ट गरिन्छ। यसले विद्युतीय वर्तमानको मान कम पार्न या बढ़ाउन सक्छ।

प्रतिरोधकले विद्युतीय वर्तमानको मान माप्न तथा विद्युत वर्तमानलाई नियन्त्रण गर्ने क्रममा प्रयोग हुन्छ। यो उपकरण परिपर्कमा लगाएर विद्युत वर्तमानको मान प्रतिबद्धताको प्रभावको अनुमान लगाउन सकिन्छ।

प्रतिरोधकको माप वाट (Ohm) नामक मात्रा बाट हुन्छ र यो बिभिन्न आकार र शक्तिमानको हुन्छ। जस्तै, एक वाट प्रतिरोधकको माप 1 वाट हुन्छ र त्यसको प्रतिरोध 1 वाट / वाट हुन्छ।

प्रतिरोधकले बिजुली प्रवाहमा विद्युतीय शक्ति घटाउन सक्छ र उत्पादन गर्न सक्छ। यो उपकरण इलेक्ट्रोनिक उपकरणहरूमा प्रयोग हुन्छ

Types Of resisor

1. Carbon Composition Resistor: This is the oldest type of resistor and is made of a mixture of carbon and ceramic.

2. Film Resistor: This type of resistor is made of a thin film of metal alloy deposited on a ceramic substrate.

3. Wirewound Resistor: This type of resistor is made of a wire that is wound around a ceramic core.

4. Metal Film Resistor: This type of resistor is similar to the film resistor, but the metal alloy film is thinner and more precise.

5. Metal Oxide Resistor: This type of resistor is made of metal oxide and is more stable and accurate than other types of resistors.

6. Variable Resistor: This type of resistor can be adjusted to change the resistance value.

7. SMD Resistor: This type of resistor is small and is designed for surface mounting onto printed circuit boards (PCBs).

8. Fusible Resistor: This type of resistor is designed to fail safely in case of excessive current, protecting other components in the circuit.
